Radhas Ayurvedic soap works is a partnership firm established in 1975. The activity of the firm is a production of ayurvedic soaps by the brand name Radhas Ayurvedie soap. It is an SSI unit and has a factory at Asramam, Kollam, Kerala, The head office of the firm located in Kollam town itself under the able guidance of its managing partner, Madhu Balakrishnan Rajakrishnan.
The main product Radhas ayurvedic soap, manutactured by M/s. Radhasayurvedic soap works, Kollam is an outcome of some active research work.
Undertook by a German scientist, Dr-Hoeck in Kollam along with assistance of Late Dr .B.A.Rajakrishnan the then Managing partner, The full financial and mental support provided by the late sri R. krishnaswami made the research a huge success and the result was an effective ayurvedic handmade soap. Which was soon marketed under the brand name Radhasayurvedic soap. With further research works in the later years many additional ayurvedic natural oils have been added to the basic formulas to give the fullness and richness of ayurvedic. Being a handmade soap, the partnership company got itself registered as an SSI unit under ihe distriet industries center, Kollam, Also another specialty of unit is that it works without electric power.
In the year 2005 . the factory having fulfilled all the norms required by the drugs control office .was certified as a GMP(good manufacturing, process) unit by the office of drugs controller , Thiruvananthapurarm "The firm considers this as a major step in its growth —path .
