Radhas Ayurvedic Soap Works aims to deliver all products you order in a swift, safe and effective way. To do this effectively and efficiently, we mainly rely on the registered parcel services of the Indian Postal services for delivery.

Shipment Duration

Once the payment is complete, you will get an email confirmation from us.
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours i.e. 2 business days from our warehouse. Delivery may take up to 7 to 10 business days.
Radhas Ayurvedic Soap Works cannot take responsibility in some cases, where, the postal service does not undertake door delivery. In such cases, the customer may have to collect it from the respective postal office after furnishing ID proof.

Returns

You have three calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card or as store credit that can be utilized for your next purchase.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Delivery/Shipping Charges related to returned items will be absolutely free of cost.
